We are calling on all students, parents and anyone who wants to join with us, the 5th Years, in running the 2010 Women's Mini Marathon on Monday 7th June. We are asking all of you who are 14 years or over by 7th June to join us in running, walking or even crawling the Mini Marathon to raise funds for the City of Angels and Fr Pat Clarke in Brazil. The 'City of Angels' is a charity that works to offer vulnerable children an alternatice to street life in Sao Paolo in Brazil.
Some of us are fit and some not! but we'd like as many Moms, Grannies, Aunties, Sisters, current and past students and friends to take part on 7th June, to get fit, have fun and achieve something worthwhile with us.

Demand for places is huge so we need you to be ready to apply as early as possible, preferably on Wednesday 3rd March. Don't worry if you haven't started your fitness campaign. You should still apply immediately. Application costs €15 for basic entry and the first entry forms will be available in the Evening Herald on Wednesday 3rd March. Alternatively you can enter online at www.womensminimarathon.ie from the morning of Wednesday 3rd March.
