1. Attendance was taken. An apology was made for the absence of 4^th Year representative Sarah Bailey.  We read over constitution.

2. It was noted that former changes to 3.10 were not made.  Ms. Giblin was to check this out with school secretary. 

3.The different positions were allocated and agreed by all members of the council.

Deputy chairperson- Katie Stevens (Nominated by Laura Ward and confirmed by Lucy Agnew)

4. Everyone agreed to bring their collected suggestions to the next meeting.
5. 1^st and 6^th Years to collect their suggestions the Tuesday after Midterm. 
6. Yvonne to ask her Mom about the Board of Management and their involvement in the hockey dug outs.
7. Next meeting was scheduled for Thursday November 10th 
8. We decided to try and arrange our meeting with the Board of Management during their December meeting. 
9. Niamh was to approach Ms. Mannion asking for approval.
10. The following students are due to attend the Student Council Seminar on Wednesday November 9^th.

11. We decided that Student Council Awareness Week should be our first event of the year. 
12. Ms. Daly presented all present council members with their Student Council badges for the year.
