Following their induction day on Wednesday 26th August, our incoming 1st Years had an afternoon of fun sporting activity on Friday 28th August. This is a great opportunity for each class group to interact with and get to know each other outside the classroom.
All 1st Years are encouraged to become involved in as many sporting activities as they can throughout the year. It might be especially interesting to try something new this year - you never know, you might absolutely love it. Not only is sports good for all, it's also extremely sociable and you can make many friends while engaging in sports at the same time. So take a stroll over to the Sports Hall and check the noticeboards, or don't hesitate to ask Ms Keogh or any of the PE teachers about events for 1st Years.
