On Tuesday 15^th November 2011 during the Loreto College Foxrock Science Week, 1^st and 2^nd Year students attended Animal Magic in the concert hall.  Rosie and Denis, two zoologists from the Midlands, were in charge and along with them they had brought a number of different animals.  They had an Australian tree frog, an Irish wolf hound, a German sheep dog, an Australian lizard and two birds - a short eared owl and a kestrel.   After telling us about each animal, Rosie asked us questions and if a student got the question right then they were allowed to hold or pet the animal.   I had a really great time, the whole show was very educational and lots of fun!
