Congratulations to all the students and staff involved in the Christmas Concert on Wednesday 7^th December.  The concert - a wonderfully festive mix of music, song, dance and drama - was enjoyed by members of the Board of Management, the Parents' Association, parents of participating students, school leadership team and members of the various student bodies.  This short report contains photo montages which were taken, compiled and sent to us by one of our parents Peadar McGing.  (Montage 1;    Montage 2;    Montage 3 )  Many thanks to Mr McGing for these. 

The concert included drama from our 5^th Year Drama group which is currently busy rehearsing for its upcoming play, '12 Angry Men', due to be performed in February.  The 5^th Years also performed 'movement to music' - a most enjoyable improvisation.  Many thanks to their teacher Ms Halpenny for her work with the group.  Ms Beirne's 4L class treated the audience to a rendition on the tin whistles.  Thanks to Ms Beirne for her work with this group. 
Students from Music and Choir classes sang and played many and varied pieces during the evening, some accompanied by their Music teacher.  Many thanks to Ms Gormley for her work and for her lovely accompaniment.   Ms O'Shea introduced the Concert, conducted the choir and also compered for the evening.  Congratulations and thank you Ms O'Shea.
