Science Week 2011 is running this week (14th - 18th of November). So far 1st and 2nd Year students have had a visit from 'Animal Magic', there have been 'Deadly Dissections' and 'Fun Physics' workshops. Students from a variety of year groups are attending talks in St Vincent's Hospital and DIT and TY students will be heading out on Geography field trips. 6th Year Biology students will engage in some peer teaching when they carry out experiments on Thursday at lunchtime. The skeleton that greets students at the entrance to the school reminds us all to get involved - so wear the special student-designed badges, take part in the Senior Science Quiz on Friday and make this a Science Week to remember!
